Adding to her already beefed up resume, Chelsea Handler has just launched another show called After Lately. The show premiered on March 6/2011 and is a behind the scenes look at her other show, Chelsea Lately. After Lately is filmed documentary style and follows her staff members doing everything they need to do to prepare for Chelsea Lately. Chuy Bravo fans rest assured, the infamous sidekick has more than enough face time on her new show as the old one! The new show takes it one step further and also features the staff revealing tidbits about their personal lives, in the reality-style one on one confessional time with the cameras. Don’t be surprised to see A-list stars guest appear either, on the 3^rd episode Hollywood’s sweetheart Reese Witherspoon can be seen delivering laughs as she performs hilariously alongside the Chelsea Lately staff. The first season will consist of 8 unique episodes that air at 11pm Sunday. The show is targeting a tough crowd and the show must be good to keep people up that late while they are preparing for Monday morning back to work! Although Chelsea is the star in front of the camera, she’s also a major contributor behind the camera acting as executive producer alongside Tom Brunelle, with co-executive producers including Jay Karas and Brad Wollack. The show is not completely a reality behind the scenes show, the skits seem to be set up, and it’s starting off slightly awkward, but hopefully they work out the kinks and it proves to be a smash hit like Chelsea Lately!
